  • What’s the best source for information about the school district?
  • Is there a Homeowner’s Association (HOA) that requires membership and includes home regulations?
  • What is the proximity to hospitals, public safety, such as fire ad police services?
  • How does this asking price compare to others in the neighborhood?
  • How long has the home been on the market?
  • Have there been any price reductions since the property was listed and how should that affect our offer?
  • What is the age of the major systems in the home: electrical, plumbing, HVHC, hot water tank, etc?
  • Are there any offers on the home or property at this time and if so, how will that affect our offer?
  • What is the process from contract through closing for purchasing a home or property?
